We partner in the Great Commission by walking alongside our missionaries who are faithfully serving around the world. Their work is Kingdom work, and each of us has a meaningful role to play.
Pray regularly for our missionaries, their families, and the communities they serve. Prayer is foundational to everything we do.
Stay connected by subscribing to their newsletters and updates, so you can celebrate what God is doing and understand how to pray specifically.
Give generously to support their mission work and sustain the ministry God has called them to.
If you have questions about our missionaries or want help getting connected, reach out to Mary Bigham at missions@cornerstonecrystal.org. You’re also encouraged to connect directly with our missionaries through their provided contact information.

Bruce and Julie serve with Converge’s Scattered to Gathered initiative, reaching immigrants in the United States. They are based in Minneapolis and network with many local organizations to encourage outreach and evangelism within the immigrant communities on our doorstep.

Dave and Debbie Bochman served as missionaries for 27 years with Mission Aviation Fellowship. Their international service included eleven years in Ecuador, six years in Russia, and three in Hungary. Dave concluded his MAF service providing oversight to all MAF’s field operations as COO. In 2008, Dave stepped out of active MAF service to pursue a PhD in Organizational Learning and Leadership. As a Paraclete Associate, Dave offers consulting services to the global missions community in leadership, organizational development, strategic planning, team building, and holistic ministry development in an unstable world.

For over 40 years, this ministry has advanced the Great Commission by building leaders who serve the campus, community, and world in the power of the Holy Spirit. Through global leadership development, theological training, and university partnerships, Dirke equips indigenous leaders to impact every sphere of society and provides oversight for thousands of students and pastors worldwide. Alongside this work, Lorna serves with Cru City, sharing the hope of Jesus with urban youth—particularly homeless and at-risk high school athletes—by offering spiritual care and practical support. Together, we are building lasting spiritual movements so that every person, in every place, can know and follow Jesus.

The Chapmans, serving with Converge Worldwide, develop local outreach ministries in partnership with Keihnna Christ Church, providing leadership in preaching, bilingual Bible studies, youth mentoring, and outreach to all ages. Jeff is the Osaka Project Leader for the Japan Baptist Church Assoc., where he helps churches network to evangelize and plant churches, focusing on young families. They host many ministry events in their home.

Lisa teaches fourth grade at Okinawa Christian School International. With an international student body from at least 10 countries and 75 percent of students from non-Christian homes, OCSI offers many exciting ministry opportunities!
She was born and raised in a missionary home in Japan. Through the influence of my fourth-grade teacher at a small school for missionary children, she trusted Christ. Because of the impact of this teacher, she knew she wanted to make a difference in the lives of children.

Michael (Mike/Mick) & Renae Bussen met as newly born-again believers in college (Moorhead, MN, where Mike was reached for Christ by a fellow football teammate who was a student leader with the CRU mission on campus). Through CRU they learned that going all out for King Jesus and the Great Commission cause is supposed to be the normal Christian life.
They got married in 1981 and sensing God's call to missionary ministry, transferred to Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. There they started into missions work at a downtown rescue mission, but later got to fulfill a dream of playing football for the Lord on the first ever missionary football team (and with other sports teams) touring through Europe and even the USSR/Russia at the time. That is also when they moved back to Minnesota (the HQ of our Sports mission) and started attending Cornerstone and became members.
Then God led them into the Open Air Campaigners Mission and their Canadian branch in 1990 and Cornerstone became our sending Church to there & beyond as we have spread the Gospel to multitudes every year since then, and ongoingly. They also currently serve in the USA National & International Central Services office ministry, facilitating the Gospel ministries of many other missionary-evangelists throughout the Country and the World (reportedly reaching over some 2 million people with the Good News of Jesus each year).

Sincerely & Gratefully, M&R

Molly is a teacher at LIFE International School in Spain, where the mission is to share God's love with students and equip them to transform their communities. It is her goal to faithfully live in Spain and participate in what God is doing at LIFE and surrounding college campuses (GBU).

Tiger McLuen has spent his life equipping and encouraging those who work with the next generation. After 15 years in full-time youth ministry, Tiger led Youth Leadership for nearly three decades, training and supporting youth and family ministry leaders through master’s-level programs and hands-on, practical workshops. His heart has always been to make ministry healthier, more sustainable, and more impactful—especially for those on the frontlines in local churches.
Now through Youth Ministry Consultants, Tiger continues to coach emerging leaders, train both volunteers and professionals, and speak to churches, parents, and teenagers around the country.
Tiger and YMC desire to equip, empower and encourage all ministry leaders, but have a particular passion to serve the under-resourced and under-trained leader serving in a smaller church.

Wendy is the current President of Outpost Ministries, having served on the team since 2015. Founded in 1976, Outpost offers teaching, encouragement, and support to individuals, families, and churches impacted by all types of relational and sexual brokenness. The team ministers primarily in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area, but their reach extends throughout the upper Midwest. Outpost's mission is "to love God, declare freedom, and establish outposts of restoration for the sexually and relationally broken body of Christ."
Wendy came to ministry unexpectedly, as God led her from the full-time teaching of college students to work with a series of non-profit organizations and churches. She has been ministering in administrative, teaching, and community-building roles in her local church and related ministries for over 25 years. Wendy’s passion is connecting people to the relationships and resources they need, so they may live an abundant life in Christ. She and her husband are the parents of four Gen-Z young adults: two twenty-something daughters and two teenage sons.
